Reason for refund and replacement has to be valid and acceptance conditions met (check out below)
All refund and replacement request has to be submitted within 7 days upon goods received
DRD Sdn. Bhd will take action and decide on the refund and replacement request
ACCEPTANCE OF REFUND & REPLACEMENT
You may refund/replace your item due to any of the following reasons:
Wrong product – The product SKU does not match the order OR invoice
Damaged – The product SKU arrived with damaged exterior packaging. The item should remain unopened, and 3 clear photographs should be taken of the product
Defective – The product SKU arrived with damaged interiors, only noticeable after packaging has been opened
Non Refundable & Replaceable
Perishable products (onions, garlic, raw beans & pulses, eggs, etc)
Contact our customer service via phone, Whatsapp or email
Provide photo evidence and invoice number where applicable
Replacement can be requested upon delivery and dealt with directly with delivery personnel. Customer is required to fill in the ‘Return Note / Invoice Problem’ form provided by the delivery personnel
REFUND COLLECTION & REPLACEMENT DELIVERY
Once a refund or replacement request has been accepted and processed Refund: Our customer service will inform the date & time for the delivery personnel to pick up the return items. Replacement: The replacement goods will be delivered to your shipping address together with your next purchase. Please check our delivery schedule for more information.
